At long last, we offer you the 1ceman's own variation on the

Vietnamese delicacy - Phð Gà. That's chicken soup in

Saigon. Actually, Phð is all about the noodles. Gà means

chicken, but there is also Phð Bo for you read meat zealots.

And, at no extra charge, the 1ceman’s award-wishing

Pâté de Foie Québecois. (save the giblets!)
